Cananyone assist with my issue after updating to the latest version of Windows 11?

I'm using Windows 11 Pro, and all computers are in a domain.

Also, using the Fujitsu 7160 scanner on all workstations.

Everything was working fine until the most recent Windows 11 update (Windows 11 version 22H2). After the update, when users try to scan a document and save it to any shared drive, they are no longer able to see any shared drives when trying to browse for a shared drive to save documents to. Remember, this only happens when using PaperStream Capture. I can see all mapped shared drives in File Explorer (see image below).

PaperStream Capture appears to have lost access to or permission to any shared drives. Also, this only happens on a domain use profile. If I log into a local profile, I can see all drives when using PaperStream Capture.

There are some similar issue faced by other users like the GPO created for shared volumes are not running after the latest 22H2 update. This might be an big related to the latest release and you can raise this to the Microsoft team and hopefully we will get an hotfix out workaround.

Here is a little update. I found a workaround.

Even though it's not the ideal solution, I discovered that if I erased the domain account from the DC and then created the identical user, I was now able to see all the shared drives.

Although I am aware that this is not the ideal answer, it will work for the time being.
