Iclicked OK, it continued to install WAMP. When I start, the WAMP logo is always 'yellow'. It isn't turning 'green', meaning there's something wrong. What exactly is the MSVCR100.dll file? How do I obtain it and fix this error?

The MSVCR100.dll file is part of the Microsoft Visual C++, redistributables. You can install them and see if this solves your problem. After you install the above check if your wamp installation is correctly setup. Search for "my wamp icon stays orange" posts.

Wampserver 3 requires Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 You can download it at: -us/download/details.aspx?id=30679 There you can select the x86 or x64 version depending on your system

In fact if you are running the 64bit Windows it is a good idea to install all the 32bit libraries as well as the 64bit ones. After all 64bit windows runs 64 and 32 bit code. You will probably find you need at least one of the 32bit runtimes for some app/utility you will install at some point.

For me none of the above answers worked so I am adding what worked for me. I first installed the files mentioned in the accepted answer and when that not worked, I downloaded files from this link and it started working.

Today I installed Wamp server 3.0.6 (x64) on a Windows 10 machine with VS2017 installed. I had many Visual C++ Redistributable Packages installed, but not the 2012 one. Then I installed it and now I can run the Wamp server. You can find a download link here.

After downloading all the libraries said by ezaoutis, the error message on my windows 10 persisted, reading the wampserver3.1.3 installation requirements, there was a verification tool called check_vcredist.exe , i ran it and it show me all the missing libraries and it's download links, so i finally could install it succesfully.

Re/installing .NET framework did not worked for me. Some less professional soft wares like tuneup utilities manipulate or constantly keep in use .NET framework files. like that .dll . I learned it while i was trying to uninstall .NET updates before re-installation.

To solve this issue you have to install all Microsoft redistribution packages 2010,2012(x86 and x64) than uninstall wampserver from control panel and reinstall new copy of wamp server this error will be get fixed

I am pretty sure that Microsoft Redistributable packages were installed since I was already working with Visual Studio. I think the issue may have been because of changes in path names with different languages. However, when I installed wampserver in French, everything worked perfectly.

I asked him to try installing BT11 (my application) on a machine that is already running BT10. If BT10 is running, I'm assuming all of the other prerequisites are in place. He'll get back to me tomorrow...

I think the 32-bit dll's I provided weren't right... I sent my customer the correct ones, but he decided to install my 64-bit software instead, no problems. So, he hasn't tested with the new drivers I sent. Hopefully I got the right dll's ... I don't have another computer I can test with. Will close this question for now (don't like having unresolved questions hanging around.)

With my PB 2019 R3 application, copying those alt100.dll, msvcp100.dll, msvcr100.dll files before running the runtime installer solved this issue. I used to copy those 3 files in c:\windows directory.

I brought this post to Edgar's attention to see if he has any idea or if he knows what 0xc000007b is and how to fix it. Sorry for the inconvenience. This is a new error message for me. I don't think anyone has ever reported this before as far as I can recall.

There are a few quick things you can try as well, immediately. The following 3 files will make changes to the registry. One of the most common causes for startup issues is the openGL settings. Spriter should automatically disable if there are issues, but it wouldn't hurt to check. In some rare instances, there are issues with it not being on. The third one will reset all settings. To try this, try running Spriter after using each one (don't run them all in a row, and then try to run Spriter at the end).

turn off openGL support

turn on openGL support

reset all settings (including recent files, pro registration, etc)

If none of those work, please try going to Spriter's install directory, and see if there is a file called startuplog.txt, and if so, paste the contents here.

I checked my install and it came back as r11, it was downloaded from the official site.

I've pulled the trigger on Spriter Pro on Steam thinking steam would do the heavy lifting for my pc and install what needs to be installed and where it needs to be, wont even launch... i hit the launch button, it tells me its loading it up then just doesnt.

I have all the c++ installs where they are supposed to be and all the dll files are present, the openGL registry and reset changes have made no difference either.
