Iam very happy with this fridge and its features. The screen allows you to view apps, play music, watch tv and use the SmartThings app to adjust settings and see what is in your fridge while at the grocery store.

There is so much here to love. The sleek look. The fingerprint resistant doors are great if you have kids, no more Windexing the doors numerous times a day. The setup of the fridgerator gives you lots of options of how to store things.
I love the size of this refrigerator. I put 3 to 4 pots, along with everything else. My favorite feature is the auto-fill water pitcher. It really comes in handy. The ice-maker is also a good feature. We use a lot of ice in our family and it never runs out.
so far, I have had nothing but an amazing experience with this fridge! the freezer and the fridge stay super cold and the flexibility with shelving and sizes are amazing. the storage in the freezer is also great.

I followed the below instruction to get it working, i switched form Mobile version to Desktop version and youtube started working again(it is a bit slower on the desktop version but atleast it gets the job done now)
I have the same issue. Got my refrigerator in April and YouTube vids worked fine til 1 or 2 months ago. The error says the browser won't be supported soon and to install one that supports HTML5 (i.e. - Forefox, Chrome, etc) But I can't install any other browser on the hub.
We bought a new Samsung refrigerator about six years ago and immediately noticed condensation on the back of the unit, opposite of where the ice unit is located on the inside, was starting to rust the metal. This area is very cold, almost as if there's no insulation between the inside and the back of the unit. I attempted to add more insulation on the outside, which solved the condensation problem, however, the ice maker then froze up inside so I had to remove it. Having forgotten about the problem, I recently pulled the fridge out and found that the rust from the condensation had damaged the floor and wall from dripping so badly during humid weather. This is very frustrating and I wouldn't expect issues like this. Has anyone else had this problem?
Removed all the rust down to bare metal and thru the back cover. Then used some 6" wide Eternabond tape I had left over from my RV days to cover the holes and rust. Eternabond tape is a peel and stick fairly thick rubber tape which comes in various widths and lengths. Once it is applied, it most likely will never come off.
Samsung refrigerator recently started trying to connect to devices via easy connection, it tries and then fails, not sure why this started but does anyone know how i can turn off easy connection on my refrigerator to make this stop, settings does not seem to have an option that i can find.
Previously, my samsung refrigerator started trying to connect to devices via easy connection, it tries and then fails, I manually reconnect to smart things but this tends to last less than a day and then it starts all over again trying to use easy connection. It still does this.
Wifi is still connected, no problems there. Refrigerator model number is RF22R7551SR. I tried a restart and this did not change anything. Feel like this is a software problem. Thinking of doing a full factory reset.
No need to log out of samsung account, the refrigerator does not stay logged in for very long. I only have one account so no issues there. Not sure what reboot means above, there is a restart which i have tried with no success.
Samsung family hub refrigerator with the Pandora app. If you play pandora, fine. But once you pause it, and an hour goes by and you go back and play it bombs to the blue pandora pick a station screen. Once you tap it, you get the following error:

You clearly have no idea what platforms you are deploying your software on. You say press menu on my remote. What remote??? Its a refrigerator, lol. Unbelievable you would suggest this and frankly reinforces the fact you have no idea what you are talking about.
So this is it? I am out of options here? This did NOT work as described, never got an activation code. I really want this resolved or maybe I should cancel my monthly subscription seeing i cannot reliably use it.
Well, I'm stuck in Buffering Hell and can't get out. I've contacted Samsung and each time they say to do ____ fill in the blank with whatever you wish. After five different screen shots, videos, software versions, cache clearing, rebooting, resetting, it still does not work. Pandora plays fine on other devices, but not the Smart Fridge. I've started using a different program called TuneIn. Works great.
Same Issue with our Samsung Fridge. I was hoping this issue would be resolved with Family Hub 7.0 which we just installed today. When you click on pandora its take 3 to 5 mins before it will start playing. Pandora was the most used app on the fridge. Pandora worked fine on Family Hub 5.0 We noticed issues after updating to Family Hub 6.0. Now on Family Hub 7.0 , same issue.
That determine something on our home internet service is causing the issue. We are on Uverse Internet. I log into the router using the password that is located on the modem. I disable IP6. I also went into the firewall setting and turn off every setting to off. (don't worry this does not open your home network to the outside world).
We purchase the floor model smart refrigerator from JCPenney and it is stuck in retail mode even after I performed a factory reset from the settings menu. It has no apps on it except the retail mode app. How do we set this up for use at home?
We purchased a Samsung RF26J7500SR refrigerator in 2016. It worked fine for the first 3 years and then the problems started. The ice maker began freezing up totally and the ice bucket was so bound up with ice around the outside of it that we could not remove it until we thawed it out. It has since been replaced under an extended warranty in June 2020 but I now have another claim in for it to be replaced again as it is leaking water.
Also, the cooling fan started making loud buzzing noises and it turns out the entire back panel was completely frozen up with ice as the defrost drain was frozen. In August 2020 the entire back panel with the cooling fan was replaced (under extended warranty again) and a new drain kit was put in with an updated gadget on the defrost heating coil to avoid freezing again but here we are only 6 weeks later and the problem is back. I made another claim today to have this repaired again.
I was told by the warranty company that the fridge needs to be unplugged for 3-4 days to properly defrost and dry out to remove all the moisture or this problem will persist. If that is the case why didn't the repairman who installed the new panel tell us that? Also, what is one supposed to do with all their food for 3-4 days?
We paid $2400 for the fridge and I couldn't be more disappointed. These are apparently known problems with this Samsung fridge. The inconvenience this has caused over the past few months has been significant and worrisome. Why keep repairing this lemon? In my mind Samsung should be replacing this fridge with a new one.
I am so disappointed with this Samsung product that 5 weeks ago I bought a new 55" 4K UHD TV and I had narrowed down the models to a Samsung and LG and I purchased the LG solely on the basis of my disappointment with our Samsung fridge.

Same here I have had my service at least 6 times, ice maker freezer, compressor fan, computer panel replaced and trying to fight to get a replacement, I have a 5 year warranty im close to 4 years with this fridge and have had it repaired twice a year at least, never buy a samsung I have washer dryer and 6 samsung tv's stick to tvs and leave the appliances to makers who specialize in them never again will I buy or recommend anyone to purchase samsung fridge
Oh my goodness! You got 3 good years! We bought ours in November of 2020 and we are waiting for our 4th service call. I had them haul away a 30 year old refrigerator that still worked. They really need to recall this piece of garbage.
Lol, you know how it goes. I got side tracked with a million other things that are smart home related and actually made so much progress, the fridge is one of the few outstanding issues. I have not tried again to make the connection but ill try right now.
