I've been playing a lot with woas the last few days. I like it a lot
more than tiddylywiki (the tiddlywiki transitions drive me crazy) but
at the same time, the woas premise and xhtml format is confusing to
me.

I would love to see my data in a separate file and all the wiki code
in a master file. Is that potentially doable?

Thanks,

Terry

Hi Terry,

yes that's possible - it's how the SVN/development version works.

Just remove the main javascript code block and put a <script /> tag with
external source reference (with relative path), containing the code your
removed.

Best regards,

You must have a woas.htm that you use with the scripts. I didn't see
it on SVN. Maybe you could post the scriptless file?

Technically that is the reverse of what terryowen asked about.
It seems like he wanted the WoaS engine in the running file and
the data in an external file. I'm curious--is that something
that could technically be done?

Thanks,

The SVN version works that way; I already explained that you can achieve
this by moving the javascript block into an external file.
