Hi dev,

First of all, congratulations on getting Sticker Hero into the closed testing stage! Please don't take this the wrong way, as my following feedback might sound a bit direct, but I'm writing this purely from a fellow developer's perspective hoping to help you polish the game before release.

I’ve played around with it, and here are a few detailed observations:

1. UI/UX Discrepancies & Layout Issues:

  • Unimplemented Core Sections: I noticed that currently, only the bottom navigation seems to function around the basic loop, while other tabs/features feel incomplete or yet to be fully realized.

  • Premature Monetization: Implementing ads or premium mechanics (like the "Heal 2g" button) this early feels a bit rushed when the core UI hasn't been fully optimized.

  • Visual Clipping (Device Ref: 2K Screen / High PPI): There is a noticeable UI layout bug on the right side with that "Heal 2g" section. For your reference, I observed this on a high-end device with a 2K resolution (around 1200 x 2600+ pixels) and a very high pixel density (approx. 450-500+ PPI). The text/button alignment looks broken and overlaps awkwardly under this layout scaling, which hurts the overall polish of the screen.

2. Core Gameplay Loop: Right now, the mechanic heavily relies on just tapping the "Step" button to trigger random events and standard text-based combat. While text RPGs have a classic charm, the loop currently feels a bit too linear and repetitive. Adding a bit more dynamic visual feedback or branching text choices during combat could massively increase retention.

Overall Impression: The asset choice for the character is quite clean, but the game definitely needs more polish on the layout system and layout responsiveness to feel like a complete Google Play product.

On a side note... Since we are both independent developers fighting Google’s strict 14-day testing policy, I was wondering if you might be open to a mutual Test-for-Test (T4T) later on?

I also have a small utility app that needs testers to hit the 20-user milestone. If you are open to helping each other out, please let me know! I'd be more than happy to keep running and testing Sticker Hero on my device for your full 14 days.

Keep up the hard work on the game!
