Barking and Dagenham Cycling Campaign independent of LCC

I have decided to take Barking and Dagenham Cycling Campaign independent of LCC. Don't worry - we haven't fallen out. You probably won't notice any significant difference in practice, but it enables us to work with any/all organisations promoting cycling in the borough without risking misrepresenting LCC policies. I shall continue to liaise with LCC as before.
