Invitation - Ven Sariputta World Peace Walk

Dear all,

We are pleased to announce the 2nd Sariputta World Peace Walk on the
12th November 2011, at 1:30 pm, to celebrate the legacy of Venerable
Sariputta on the occasion of his Parinirvana Anniversary on Kartik
Purnima.

Venerable Sariputta was considered to be the right hand of the
Buddha. He was born and attained parinirvana in the village of Nala
(also Kalpinaka) somewhere near Giriyak Hill.

Let us all join hands in protecting, preserving and showcasing the
tangible and intangible Buddhist heritage of Bihar by joining this
peace walk at Giriyak Hill (Rajgir). Your participation will be
greatly appreciated!
