Spiritual Guardian Angel

Before calling on your spirit guides and guardian angels, set up your physical environment. Make sure you have comfortable seating or if you choose to lie down, have a comfortable place to do so. Keep a glass of water within reach, dim the lights, lower window blinds or close curtains. You can light some candles, burn incense or diffuse essential oils. Include in your space any crystals, sacred objects, or pictures that are meaningful to you. Turn off the ringer on your telephone and make sure that you will not be disturbed for the length of time you plan to practice. Wear comfortable clothes, little or no jewelry, and remove your shoes.
Become aware of the point within the breath, where there is stillness (no mental chatter), and focus your mind there. This is achieved by concentrating your attention on the quiet center that exists between the in and out breath. I like to focus my closed eyes to the space between my brows (my third eye). Continue to go deeper into that center point within, spending as much time as you need, calming and centering your mind. If you get a random thought, simply acknowledge and thank it and re-focus on your breath.
Ask your spirit guides and guardian angels for whatever you would like assistance with in your life. Be specific in your requests for guidance or assistance. Ask your guides to show you a sign that they have heard your request. (It will most likely not be a specific sign; I encourage you to be open to any indication of their presence.).
Ask your guides if they have a message for you. (Allow enough time to receive an intuitive nudge from spirit, and be open to any indication of their presence.)

Love this post, when I studied energy healing, AA Rapheal arrived and this post has reminded me to call on him now. So many have arrived at different times with different messages of which I am always grateful although I go through periods when I am not good at receiving also, or block it in some way.
I feel very attuned to AA Michael also and call on his loving car for protection. I never knew of releasing them, so thank you for that.

Hello I have called on my guardian angel a couple of times i can hear the words spoken to me. Last time he showed me a graveyard it was rather disturbing because i was just floating around it nothing specific. I am trying to decipher that at the same time. I am struggling to call up on him again maybe for clarity. Because i am a bit freaked out

What a wonderful way to meet your guides. I love it from start to finish. The next time I sit in meditation I am doing this. I love the way you explain the visualizations. I always find it hard to get into the right state to visit with my guides. Im either not compltely into it or fall asleep.
Hey Lisa I feel like I remember possibly communicating with some spiritual being but it seems it might have just been a dream but I distinctly remember from this time the feeling of paralysis is this sleep paralysis like feeling normal when entering spiritual communication ?

Hello Lisa, I was told on friday that i may have pancreatic cancer getting confirmed today, and I have been trying to call for guidance from my mum and dad in my meditation (both passed away) and I hit a really low point yesterday. When a pigeon sat on the roof opposite our office, it sat through a torrential rain storm just looking at me. I asked it to stay until my colleague arrived and it did (about 10 mins ). it really offered me comfort through a stressful moment, was this my guardian angel? Not being particularly religious I cant help but feel a little sceptical but it was just a lovely experience. xx
I have a specific problem at hannd. Its vey bad, if u get my meaning. They are a few of us preparing for this. I being the newest. It involves my daughter as well, but she is its target. Can i call on my guides and guardens abd ask them to help me prepare for this battle?

Helo Lisa when you get itchi on top of your head and something like goose bump what does that symbolise?cos it happen most of the time when I am in deep prayer or just relaxing trying to connect to my angels and the other thing when I call on my guides I usually get this funny feeling on my chest and on top of my head.

I do connect wid guides, masters n angels but it is very difficult for me to decipher their messages. Sometimes brain takes over fishing out logical stuff. Eventuall I am at loss of confidence that I cannot decipher their messages. Can you please help
It has been my experience that if you give boundaries to Spirit, they will respect them. At night when getting into your meditation affirm out loud or to yourself that only kind, loving Spirits can come closer. Then banish all negative or dark energies by telling them they do not have your permission to come closer. That should keep everything positive and light!
The contacter has a safe time as well..someone is blocking her from contact during your time..however insist that your time is best..theres a chance that it may not be as safe..as in evil plays tricks..careful..careful.

First of all many congratulations on doing astral travelling into the astral plateau. thats what you are describing. You have no traing and shoukd ask a guide to go with you and protect you whilst you are doing this.
Second be firm with your angels tell them you need protection and guidence. The noise you hear is them trying to communicatein another language tongue. You need to say in your head help me heal others now please, give thos person what they deserve and need and they will help you heal that person through your body and hands.
This mrssage is sent from my arch angel uriel who works with others on this earth plane too. She communicates telepathically through me on a daily basis.
I am untrained and this has happend for the past 9 months or so.
I love it. I am no longer worried or frightend as i want to make a difference like you and heal others.
I have a healing group of which i am guided with my hands and body into doing ancient healing vibrations and channelling.
I do not rrad books dp research etc.
I do not know anyone else whom talks to or hears angels as i talk to several on a daily basis without meditating etc.
I do get a little effected by negative vibrations in eay of a sliggt pain in my left arm or right leg. Theu say its tp tell them negative spirits are in my home of which i do not feel mor see but they have started to communicate with me.
Im told by a meduim friend my light is pure white and extremly bright.
Im told im reibcarnated from jesus time and my life will get better and richer if i help to heal others.
I have no job but go about my life meeting others and helping them in way of talking or pysically offering help or crytal healing. Of which i have no training, but the people who i heal can feel my vibrations of energy healing them. Infact its so powerful i get some healibg each time i do it.
I can actually feel my angels move my hands and help me physically heal someone etc. I love it. I am not frightend. I do however get frightend when spirit try to talk to me at night.
So i have put a protective black tormouline angel by my bed which helps to protect me.
Im told i will write a book in the future about my experoences as no one ever talks about angels except tge odd person. But my experience is different as this is jesus calling me in this life to help others.

Look for protective prayers to say each day and night and you will hear and feel your angels.
Angels give beautiful smells when they are around you too thats another sign, you may also feel heat on your body shoulders or face if you cannot hear them in your mind they will show you more signs.

I like your article. I saw my spirit guide in full white from top to bottom as it is myself only like marble statue & blue eyes without eye ball.
I see my high spirit that is a most beautiful lady on earth that also myself in full white with beautiful features & curves & I myself is in love with myself & even having dates, that lady is very wise with full universe knowledge, full of love .
I call her when I need her or any time as a friend I call her we walk near the beech I take advise from her about all topics which I need.
Our any beliefs can fail but our on our higher self we can blindly trust & get our answers & we can depend on our higher self.
Everyone connects with their Guides and Angels differently. You can feel them, hear them and/or see them. I feel them in my body- I get a visceral reaction and I hear messages. I do not see them. Continue to practice your connection with your Angels, you never know when they might decide to be seen!
