Spin the Globe: Live Locally, Groove Globally

I'm surrounded by "freezing fog" as I write this. Which makes me
reluctant to go outside. But I will, for there is radio to be done.
And today, Spin The Globe will feature music that will warm you up and
dissipate the freezing fog in your mind. The first hour of the show
features the music of the west African harp kora, alone and in various
configurations. Something of a preview, I suppose, since The Kora Band
will be playing here in Olympia tomorrow night.

And in the second hour, new releases, requests, and whatever else
wanders by.

Thanks again to everyone who stepped up to support Spin The Globe's
first Kickstarter campaign. We didn't make the goal, but that won't
stop us from grooving globally.
