Dear Principals,
Hope all are getting ready for our talent competitions.Please see the attached instructions and convey this information to your team members for the smooth functioning of the program. As mentioned before, free breakfast is provided from our church.But we are unable to provide lunch mainly due to volunteer shortage. There is a wedding engagement of one of our church members on the same day and same time at another location. This date came out after we decided our date. Many of our church members are going to that function and unable to volunteer in this event.
I have added the names and locations of five nearby places to eat lunch. Please understand the situation and help.If you have any questions on the instructions or any other concerns, let me know.With prayers,Abey Tharian

Since it is difficult to provide lunch, please postpone the program to another date. 

The teachers have to carry the children to another location for lunch, is a risky business. Some times the parents may not travel with children for the program and the concerned teachers with them will be responsible to take them to another location. There is a security problem..who will be liable? Diocese or hosting parish or Principals?
