I have people that contact me and want to work with me but in the end
i never hear from them again. I just figured thats how things worked
but now i feel blown off. I dont understand how to properly market
myself.

Who should i try and get a hold of?

THANKS A TON!!!

Well I have played the fair a few times here in Fresno Ca, I was
offered a record deal by Tate Records in oaklahoma (New indie label,
didnt feel right in my gut) unfortunatley i turned it down, I have
been presented with a publishing and licensing contract through
Brookwell and mcnamara's "Straight to Post" (They work with disney and
a ton of others) and last time i spoke with and old publisher of mine
a studio requested my songs for a movie I was featured on Clear
Channel's Alice 96.7 with an interview and they played one of my
singles. It just seems that people get really interested and then just
stop following up I make my own follow up calls but at the same time i
dont want to be a burden as i know people are really busy in the
entertainment industries. I get emails all the time from people who
want to work with me but im leary to sign contracts with people unless
they are established somewhat because i dont want to be caught in
situation i cant get out of.

Im a singer/ Producer/ Sonwriter.

THANKS!

This is a review i got from an a&r about a year ago. she is the manger
of the singer from "One Republic" His name Is ryan tedder. He is
signed to Timbalands label Mosely Music Group.

"Hey Brandon. How are you? Thanks for reaching out to both myself and
Ryan "Alias" Tedder, whom I manage. We actually both checked out your
page and you're doing some really good things! Your sound is
mainstream enough, yet with a unique twist of some neat dance/
electronic sounds as well. Not sure what your goal is in "the big
picture" but you've got a nice foundation layed for sure. We both wish
you the best of luck and hope you find much happiness on your path!
Just remember to continue the hard work.
All my best,
-Michelle Oz
MICHELLE OZBOURN ENT."

Hello,

I have a question. From Alexia music website I have an opporitunity to submit my package to A&R's. But just now I started to record new matterial with better producer and i am thinking should I still submit those demos that I have right now, or better do not submit and wait until I will finish my new best recordings, because I think my recent demos are not good enough to get a record deal. Or still it is good to maybe get connection for later?

Submit the best stuff. If you are not 100% happy with your old demo do not send it.

yes, I know this demo will be far way better production waise and songs are better as well, so probably I will just wait until I finish these new recordings. Thanks a lot.
