Thanks. Well on September 29th I will have my first showcase to a major label A&R's. I would like to ask if they like my performance and the producer told he will give a CD with my songs, is it possible they will sign me if they like my performance, though I do not have a lot of demos or CD sales, any tips?

Make sure that your performance is flawless. I can't say that the a&r won't sign you because anything is possible. Do not get discouraged if you do not get signed. Most a&r's if they like your performance will watch you for months, sometimes years before they sign you. Do your best and enjoy every moment of it.

Yes, that's truth. Thank you. Also I would like to ask do they care if I am also a model, should I include my resume about education and experience in a CD as well?  Thank you.

Being a model do help because it is always easy to market a nice looking person opposed to a not so good looking person. Only include your education if it is music related. If you have a media kit that would be a plus.

A media kit is a packet of information you submit to media outlets about you, your company, and/or your product. A media kit can be submitted to anyone needing information about you; it is a very helpful tool.

In your media kit you want to include a press release about you, a photo, a cd of your music, and information on the shows you performed or modeled at and you music related education. Put all this information in a folder, hopefully a custom made one that match your business cards.
