Just to clarify, because the university is closed, the event
today is cancelled. If your mentees are still free and around, consider
getting together with them anyway!

If you have a prior engagement (IPE, other meetings you set before this event) please communicate the times you will be attending to your mentees.There are NO flyers or mass e-mails going out about this event, only YOU and your communication to your mentees.
