Mentors,

Are you interested in organizing for StEPP's presentations week 5 or week 6 of the semester in PP190? If so, please respond to this email!
I am trying to create teams of mentors from P1, P2 and P3 mentors to organize each week. Organizers would be responsible for:
-Sending out a Doodle for mentors to sign up to teach classes
-Updating the previous years' slide show as they see fit
-Instruct the mentors on what they should do during that class period (ice breakers, tips for teaching, ect)
-Sending the slide show to all of the mentors that signed up to teach that week

It is a very rewarding task to know that ALL U1 students will be hearing these presentations and you had a part in organizing them. The topics are Professionalism and Time Management.

Let me know and I will put together the groups!

ALL Mentors,

Next week is already week 4 of classes, so we need to start organizing for the StEPP taught weeks of PP190 on weeks 5 and 6!
Week 5 is time management and week 6 is professionalism. I have two volunteers for organizing already, but would like a couple more for each week's organizing team.

When you do sign up for teaching PP190 classes, there is one section that all P1, P2 and P3s have class during, so P4 mentors if you are local, you can have time off if you are teaching PP190 Tuesdays 11-noon section.
