It should automatically go into your "downloads" folder in finder. If not, it is in the quick folder on your dock. There should be what looks like a stack of files next the trash icon. Thats where your most recent downloads go.
when you download a file from MEGA service, a web page to display a download progress bar will appear. After the bar reaches 100%, your browser will notify users to save the file into a selected folder. I know that Mega use HTML5 FileSystem API to do this (Download files like mega.co.nz ). However, i don't know when the file is completely downloaded into the sandboxed directory, how the browser's instructed to notify users about the download? Would you please answer my question? In Chrome, open settings and expand the advanced section. Click the "content settings" button, then "all cookies and site data". In the window that opens, search for mega. Click the result and you should see a "file system" button. Click that and it should show persistent storage taking up a large amount of space. Click "remove" and you space will be freed.

@Envy14 There is nothing wrong with the site listed above, downloads from hosting sites are being flagged by Browser Guard as they are used for spreading malware. This blocking is part of the aggressive protection that Browser Guard provides.
