US EPA Consent Decree Meeting re Koppers Superfund Site

US EPA will be hosting a public meeting on Wednesday, February 27 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Stephen Foster Elementary School, 3800 NW Sixth St. to discuss and take comments on the Consent Decree agreement reached between US EPA and Beazer East, the environmentally responsible party for remediation of the Koppers Superfund Site. This will be the last public meeting where comments will be heard prior to approval of the CD by the US District Court.
