All,

As many of you know, there was never any stormwater management on the Koppers site-- all runoff went directly into Springstead Creek.

The site is now required to be in compliance with the VERY rigorous specifications outlined in a NPDES Storm Water Facility Permit issued by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection.  The requirements include multiple detention basins on the site and limitations to over 15 specific discharge parameters (including dioxin, pentachlorophenol, and arsenic)
