"NIKKI"
She is an elderly dog. She walks slowly and is skittish so she will probably not walk up to you. She has a large lump on her right shoulder. She is deaf/somewhat blind but is gentle. Any help offered is greatly appreciated.
She was last seen off of 13th close to the KFC. She is from Stephen Foster Neighborhood.
