Subject: Housing Affordability Survey

Good afternoon community partners,

The City of Gainesville is seeking to include community perspectives and resident feedback in the development of future housing plans, policies, and priorities.

In February the City Commission held a housing workshop to discuss challenges, goals and questions that people have around local housing affordability. We received a lot of extremely helpful feedback at this workshop, but there were some noteworthy perspectives missing.

To help give more residents an opportunity to share their thoughts and feedback, Dr. Anne Wolf – Citizen Engagement Program Manager at the City – has created a survey.  If you would be willing to take the survey and pass it along to other people in your network who might also be interested in participating, that would be wonderful.  https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/WHFZDPL

Also, if you would like to set up a meeting over the next week (before May 3rd) to discuss these topics in person, please reach out to Anne Wolf by email wol...@cityofgainesville.org.

Thank you all very much for your assistance,

Karissa Raskin
