Hello Everyone.
We oftentimes cancel our July SFNA meeting due to the summer doldrums, but this year we will be holding our regular meeting -- of sorts.
SFNA will be hosting representatives from US EPA, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Cabot/Carbon (of Cabot/Koppers Superfund Site), and Alachua County Environmental Protection Department to discuss the significant remedial activity that is about to begin on the Cabot portion of the site beginning in July; and then on the Koppers portion beginning in the Fall.
I am also attaching a link to a file provided by the City of Gainesville containing several concept drawings associated with Koppers redevelopment potentials.
