Thank you for contacting Wells Fargo. My name is Sankar, and it is my 
pleasure to assist you today.

I understand your concerns about the debit card transaction dated 
01/30/2017 from TMF in the amount of $159.00.

I realize the importance of this issue. To help resolve this for you as 
soon as possible, I personally opened a claim with our ATM and Debit 
Card Claims department. Your claim will be assigned to a Claim 
Specialist for additional research. Our Claim Specialists are experts at
researching and resolving all disputed transactions made with debit 
cards and ATM cards. 

Please keep these Claim Numbers for your records:

Your claim will be resolved within 10 business days, or your account 
will be temporarily adjusted. Any associated fees charged to the account
will be refunded by the claims department once the claim is settled, if 
applicable.

At this point, there is no additional action needed from you. If written
confirmation is required, a form will be sent to you, and if we need 
additional information, a Claims Specialist will contact you. No matter 
where we are in the process, we'll update you on the timing or status of
your dispute online, by mail, or email. However, if at any time you 
would like information regarding the status of your claim, or if you 
would no longer like to pursue the claim, you can call our Claims 
Assistance Center at 1-800-548-9554. Claim Specialists are available to 
assist you Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and 
Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Eastern Time. Also, because you 
are a Wells Fargo Online Banking customer, you will also receive status 
notifications regarding your claim delivered directly to your Message 
Center and the email address we have on file for your account.

You may view the status of your claim online by following the 
instructions listed below:

1. Click on the "More" button at the top of the screen
2. Click on "Accounts and Settings"
3. Click on "Account Services"
4. Click on "Card Management"
5. Click on "Dispute a Transaction"
6. Under the View your status section, select the appropriate Account 
number from the dropdown list

For future reference, you can dispute a transaction online by selecting 
"Dispute a Transaction" on the Account Activity page or when you are 
viewing a specific transaction, select "Review your options."

Click on the plus sign to the left of the transaction to review the 
transaction details. Then you may continue with the option to file a 
dispute if needed.

In addition, I have submitted a stop payment on the recurring debit card
payment of $159.00 to TMF* MOTLEY.FOOL for which your debit card number 
ending in 6366 was used. Although the stop payment goes into effect 
today, we cannot guarantee the stop payment of the transaction if it has
already been accepted by Wells Fargo for processing. We will make every 
attempt to stop this transaction as long as all the information you 
provided is accurate and complete. If the transaction posts to your 
account, please call us immediately at 1-800-TO-WELLS (1-800-869-3557). 
Bankers are available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

This stop order will remain in effect for four years unless you remove 
it. If at the end of four years you would like to extend the stop 
payment period, please email us or call us anytime at the number listed 
above.

Your reference number for the stop payment is E128476232. You will need 
the reference number to remove the stop payment in the future. 
Additionally, you will receive a letter in the mail within five business
days confirming that the stop payment has been placed.
