Please be wary of Maria Feretti of Unity Consultants Pte. Ltd in Hong Kong as well as Feretti Development Pty. Ltd. She is a 419 scammer. I am a victim as well and lost AUD 25,200. She befriends a broker and then finds out all the troubles and plays along til she gets the money. 

And once she gets the money  she disappears. She asks her "daughter" to answer emails and vanished. Also threatened to sue me for defaming her. 

We tend to do this business and there are several real deals out there. And trusts some people to do a good job. But, sad to say we get scammed knowingly.
