Project
SeedPop! is an innovative science outreach initiative engaging senior primary pupils (5th–6th class) with sustainability challenges such as climate change and food security. Using a hands-on classroom kit and inquiry-based experiments, pupils explore seed germination,
environmental stress, and sustainable agriculture. The project aligns with the primary SESE curriculum and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The Research Assistant – Project Manager will coordinate project delivery, liaise with schools, support and train teachers and volunteers, contribute to data analysis, and oversee evaluation and reporting.
Team & environment
The postholder will join a collaborative Science Education and Public Engagement team, led by the project PI, a plant scientist in the School of Biological and Chemical Sciences (Dr Sara Farrona). The team includes EPE specialists from Cell Explorers and experienced
