Public Engagement Research Officer

 Applications are invited for the post of VistaMilk Public Engagement Research Officer. The Public Engagement Research Officer will design, implement and evaluate yearly public engagement and engaged research activities for VistaMilk. By running innovative engaged research activities, the Research Officer will support the active involvement of citizen-consumers and the farming community in VistaMilk research activities.

This is a temporary full time post, the indicative duration of which is approx 5 years. Alternative location(s) of Moorepark, Cork and Ashtown, Dublin may be considered - solely at the discretion of Teagasc management. The Public Engagement Research Officer will be employed to work with the VistaMilk Social and Behavioural Science Team and the VistaMilk Education and Public Engagement Officer.The Research Officer will be a member of the Rural Economy and Development Programme in Teagasc.
