Hi all,
This week
Anita Shervington, Director of BLAST is visiting Trinity. Her company focuses on fusing the creative power of Science, Black Arts & Culture as a force for change, and coordinates numerous events including
BLAST Fest and BLAST STEAM Goes Green.
Her talk will explore the concept of a STEAM city without walls, as both a description of, and the creative mission-driven question that motivates and shapes BLAST's strategic science engagement work. She will explore
the question: How do we create an equitable, culturally responsive STEAM ecosystem that works for Black Communities, cradle to career and beyond?
