Has the conversation continued since December 14?

Yes, the conversation has continued among several individuals. One concern we had was the need for a foundation built upon research. I have been working with a few others on summarizing the available literature and proposing a course of action that can give some structure to the discussion. A concern I (and others) had was beginning discussion without a structure.

Hello All—

Susan, thank you for starting the on-line conversation-- much appreciated.  I was planning to post this week, but I’m glad you got the ball rolling.

Scott, I agree that a systematic approach would be wise and it is good to know that you have been putting thought into this.  I understand that you have been constructing a literature review; can you please update the rest of the group on your work thus far so that we are more informed?  It would also be helpful to know what work you’ve done so that work is not being duplicated.  Please let us know if there are ways we can assist with collecting research/literature or providing suggestions for a structured conversation so that the entire sub-committee can collectively help out.

Best Regards,

Karoline

Karoline,
I will do so. Right now I am just cleaning up the last bit, adding references and I will be able to post it either tonight or in the morning.
Scott
