"It was a refreshing experience that I didn’t realize I needed. Prior to being chosen to attend the conference I had gotten a lot of “No’s” which was discouraging
in my pursuit of one day working in the industry. This was my first big “Yes” and it was life changing. I made so many meaningful connections and friendships that I wouldn’t have otherwise experienced. Additionally, I learned so much about the industry that
I hadn’t known before."

"Participating in the IRTS Workshop was eye-opening! Coming from the Midwest, I was introduced to a media industry that is vibrant and full of opportunity. It made
me excited and hopeful for my future, and enabled me to connect with a network of people who are supportive and want to succeed alongside me! Now, more than ever, I have a better idea of what my next steps are, how I can prepare for a successful future, and
who I can rely on for advice and support!"
