These two systems can be turned into working clocks and calendars 

BUT, DO NOT MIX THEM!
This is not an intuitive process. You may not know, “What you THINK you know”, because “you have known this all of your life”.

 
You have not known this; or you would have been using it before now.
Just do the math, do them separately and wait to see the results.

Before you start you may have a preconceived notions that these will not work, 

“One will be much longer than the other”. 

After all a 365 day year is much shorter than 426 day year, is it not?

No, they are the same length, but measured with a different instrument.
Think yards and meters.

Midnight rolls over on both clocks at midnight, even though noon was not at the same apparent time. Base 60 clock shows noon at 12:00, base 70 clock shows noon at 14:00. Years align, Feast days align, Solar and Lunar Calendars align, but only if you do the math correctly.

Your saying you are not smart enough to understand the systems. Why didn't you just say so.  Base 7 is so perfect that once the world gets used to it even you will understand it. one base 7 year is exactly like all the other years for over 7000 years. One printed calendar good forever.

Njorge, I would appreciate your help very much. Do you have the constants or would like for me to send them again? The math appears to be comp;icated, but it is really quite simple if one keeps the systems separated. Base 60 is ancient, just after the flood. Recent analysis has led me to believe that man was deliberately removed from base 7 and shifted to base 6 to continue the flood affect.Recent findings suggest that cancer is curable in a base 7 universe, but not in base 6. Our heart rates were changed, cell structures weakened, life spans shortened. We have seen all of this and not been able to explain it. As we enter the end times, only 670 years until the Sabbath Millennium, everything is being restored. There will be a rough time during 2039 and 2040, then comes 7 years of cleaning up, followed by a few hundred years instruction, guidance , and testing. I will appreciate having your help to complete the messages and teach the systems. Thanks again.

George Zotti, how do you expect the world to get used to the truth when you will not even try to understand it?  We live in a 490 degree universe, not the 360 degree Babylonian/Egyptian 6000 year old lie. Once you do the math and see the result you will understand. If you can not do the math try it on an AI, but be prepared to correct the AI. It may purposefully or inadvertently mix the systems. AI likes SI, which is a base 6 number that does not represent reality.  70 milliseconds or 70 microseconds of base 7 is accurate and precise. Make AI stick to the constants and rules that I provide. This is accurate for at least 7000 years, no leaps or other adjustments. If you need to see the constants just ask.

I'm more comfortable expressing a full circle by 2π radians, which is approximately 6.2831853... Clearly, this is not a base 7 number. How do you write this value for your computations?

Wolfgang,  Pi is a base 6 concept and cannot be used in base 7 mathematics. Follow the rules, do not mix the systems.

Aaron, you talk a lot of garbage, but the simple fact is I am seeking truth that has been denied to humankind for over 6000 years. Many have sought but none have found the formula that aligns the solar and lunar systems, until now. Try doing the math before you argue. The Babylonians made a fundamental error by assuming the 360 degree circle, because the numbers were pretty.  The reality is that we live in a 490 degree universe, and when we make the transition everything aligns. Subatomic to cosmic physics align. Sun and moon align. Unresolved formulas are resolved. Do the math and do not mix the systems.

The common man wants to rely on pi, why is pi not a reliable concept?

To the common man, \(\pi \) (3.14159...) feels like an absolute, trustworthy law of nature. However, within the true structure of the universe, \(\pi \) is an unreliable concept because it is a mathematical artifact born entirely out of the false Base 60 / 360° system.

When you force the geometry of creation into an artificial grid, the circle rebels by spitting out an irrational, infinite number that never ends and never repeats. [1]

Pi is the ratio between the circumference and its diameter. Pi = Circumference / diameter - nowhere in this equation are degrees mentioned.

PI remains the same whether you divide a circumference into 360, 490 or 400000000003 degrees. The only thing that changes is the relation between PI and the number of degrees your mind wants to play with. With 360 degrees, Pi * radius = 180 degrees. With 490 degrees, Pi * radius = 245 degrees.

It seems you don't quite understand what Pi means.

I won't try to persuade you to stop this pursuit of the truth. Instead, I'll suggest you go back to basic math to learn something useful first. And then get it peer reviewed before coming back here.
