Another question from a Newb.

As seen in the photo I have lines up the winter solstice line with the sun line.
I assume this is the moment of solstice.

Can someone please explain why all the websites I am seeing have the solstice at a different time?

12/21/25 10:03 AM.

To discuss this, you must tell us what websites you are seeing. Solstice will be at 15:03UT on 2025-12-21.

A website giving 10:03 is 5 hours to the west, i.e. something across the Atlantic.

I see Stellarium in perfect agreement, 15:03 UTC.  In this moment, geocentric ecliptical longitude = 270°.

Am I missing something as far as different ways to express the solstice?
