Stellarium do not accept Guiding Telescope?

Hello, I'm unable to access the telescope settings in Stellarium on my new computer.

On my other computer, I can configure a mount for GoTo.

But here, I don't have access to the configuration settings.

I don't understand why.

Does it not appear in "Plugins" in the left sidebar?

I use Ryzen 5 With the last version of Stellarium.

I start ASCOM with Driver of Bresser Mount.

I start Stellarium. I go to Plugins to telescope control and I don't have accest to configure My mount?

And I have WIN 11 PRO.

Carte du ciel I able to accest the telescope but with Stellarium I don't able to connect ???????

Which version of ASCOM do you have installed?

ASCOM V7.1 the last one!

I reinstall all and do not able to connect mount Bresser or iEXOS100-2

WHY?
