天顶每时出现率(Zenithal Hourly Rate,简称ZHR)是天文学专有名词。来自中国天文学会天文学名词审定委员会审定发布的天文学专有名词中文译名。假设辐射点位于仰角90度的天顶,在理想情况下,肉眼视力能够看到6.5等星的观测者可以看见的流星数量最多的流量值。
ZHR不应该译作“每小时天顶流星数”,国际流星组织(IMO)也没有Zenith Hourly Number,ZHN(天顶每小时流星数量)这一类的词。维基百科以及百度百科按照国际流星组织从2017年12月21日上线的《2018流星雨日历》中文版开始,将ZHR的中文翻译为“天顶每时出现率”。

Thanks for your info. It seems to be a newly published translation standard, and our database was outdated. I have updated the translation of zh and zh_CN on Transifex, and it should be available in future releases. However, I don't have authorization to update those for zh_TW and other traditional Chinese versions.
As for the May Librids shower, with a quick google I can find
several sources about it [1][2], although I'm not familiar with
this specific shower, I tend to believe there is such one. (I'm
not sure where the data source of Stellarium came from, maybe
someone else could answer that.)
