Stellarium shuts down why?

When I have NINA, PHD and Stellarium open, I usually just click on their icons in the bottom tool bar to view the already open program.  Sometimes I click the minus icon to minimize a program.  I updated Stellarium the other day and this is the first night using it since the update.  I have noticed tonight that Stellarium, version 1.22.3, disconnects and shuts down when I click the mins icon that is supposed to minimize the program, not close it down.  Does anyone know what is causing this?

Stellarium by itself minimizes as usual. Is there some log entry in Stellarium's log.txt? Or does it show the usual lines of a regular shutdown? I have heard of NINA but PHD is new to me. What kinds of connection to Stellarium do they use?

I found in the User Guide where to find the log.txt file and using F1 brought it up.  I copied it to Note Pad and the file is attached to this response.  The top date and time are today when I opened the file and no other dates or time to indicate last night.  I did a search for log.txt on my C drive and got lots of hits but not many for Stellarium with last night’s dates and time.  I do not know what to look for in the log file.  I think maybe the file from last night is overwritten by opening the program this morning.  Cannot find any dates and times from last night with any log.txt file pertaining to Stellarium. 

PHD by Stark Labs a guiding program, a quote from their web site reads; “PHD Guiding is designed to be "Push Here Dummy".

All I know is, Stellarium never shut down before the update even when I used the minus icon or click on another program’s icon on the bottom tool bar.

Prior to the update, the program would not SYNC as before using my Sky-Watcher EQ6-R Pro GEM.  When I tried to use the SYNC button on Configure Telescope window, the action was always off.  Even worse with my Meade LX200GPS.  So, I stopped using Stellarium to slew and / or sync.  I use it only as a map reference and to import coordinates into NINA.  NINA plate solves and is accurate for both of my telescope mounts.

It is just irritating now to have it shut down and disconnect from the telescope when I use the minimize icon.

Any thoughts?

I have Stellarium on two computers.  Where are the files for items, I have customized, such as the Oculars, sites and changes I made to colors.  I know where the Landscapes are.  Version 1.22.3 does not work without shutting down on my laptop.  I have made sure my laptop is up to date on all software and the program still shuts down using the minimize icon and one time when I just click on the bottom bar icon it shut down.  I am going back to a previous version.  I had to delete all the folders and files on the laptop associated with Stellarium.  I would like to get the customized files off my desktop to put on my laptop.
