Hello,

my problem is that after APT pointcraft and sync with Stellarium the star is moved to the right(see photo's).
This is for every object. My best guess is that i moved the red box(camera sensor) in Stellarium en pushed the wrong Ctrl or Alt + number combination.
It all goes well with pointcraft and see in the APT shot and in PHD2 that the star is in the middle, but when i hit sync it's always out of centre and i can't get it right.
So i tried to re-install APT and Stellarium(both to latest version), but the problem stays. I guess with uninstall things are not completely removed. Maybe from save settings in Stellarium?
And before i start messing around i better ask here before i mess up things, i'm also pretty new with this.
I use Ascom platform6.4, POTHhub, Stellariumscope, APT, PHD2, Stellarium.
Maybe there's something like back to factory settings, i tried to look in help in Stellarium. The part in help is realy confusing(looks like copy/paste was used a lot), so i only use Ctrl+1 to send the telescope to a object.

Thanks in advance for the help,

Rob

Hi!

Looks like epoch JNow and J2000 mixed - please check it in Telescope Control plugin and StellariumScope (has APT settings for mount?).

Hi Alexander,

i just checked.

Stellarium->configuration->telescop-plugin->telescopes..all 3 are on equinox(Jnow)

Stellariumscope = Jnow

In APT settings->location->synchronize the selected location->Use only in APT is checked, i think that might be it and need to put that on->Import coordinates from ASCOM.
Couldnt find anyting else in APTsettings or pointcraft settings.

Something in the back of my mind i remember i did this a long time ago, maybe i forgot it with updates or re-install.

Should i use Import coordinates from ASCOM??

Regards,

Rob

Ha, on the main screen, right panel, tab "Gear" see button "JNow"

Omg that must be it.
I got that highlighted (astrix) now and saved.
I will test as soon as the clouds are gone and let you know if it's fixed.
I will go see the eye-doctor now :).

Thx very very much,

Rob

Succes :)

Only 1 more thing. I noticed that the camera sensor is out of position after sync, but if i click on the camera sensor(top right square) so camera sensor is OFF and ON again it is ok.
No big thing.

Thx again,

Rob
