Unable to Delete or Modify Custom Locations

I'm running the latest version, 0.21.3. I have several custom locations set up in the location window. I'd like to delete one of them from the location list, but the delete button has no effect. The location remains in the Location List.  I'd also like to modify another custom location to correct the region, but it always reverts back to the original region. Thanks.

Anyone? Now running v22, still unable to delete or modify a custom location. The delete location button has no effect.

Never mind, I found the solution in the Advanced Section of the User Guide. When user-defined locations are added to the location list the program generates a .txt file in C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\Stellarium\data directory (Win10) that can be edited.
