Sky Culture Maker plugin not working?

Wondering if there's some action I can take to resolve this?

Clicked Load at startup, and restarted - all the below:

[ 6.642][DBG ] SkyCultureMaker: Init called for SkyCultureMaker

[ 6.643][DBG ] SkyCultureMaker: Loaded image: bt_SCM_Off.png

[ 6.643][DBG ] SkyCultureMaker: Loaded image: bt_SCM_On.png

but on opening, no additional user interface, and the "Configure" box for this remains greyed out. This is the core functionality I'd gotten so interested in the software to use.

I have the newest version - is there something fundamental I'm missing?

There is no plugin configuration, which is why the button you described is still inactive.  After activating the SCM plugin, you find a new button in the main menu that should guide you through the process. And I still hope for a description in the User Guide 26.1...
