some variable stars named Gaia

Suddenly many of the variable stars shown have the name from the Gaia Catalog and not the traditional name. Such as TV Leo. Please help.

What is "suddenly"? Starting in 26.1, or in our code developing e.g. last week?  In 26.1 I can search (F3) for TV Leo, and it is displayed as "TV Leo - Gaia DR3 .......". There is just no in-map display of any label (or I don't know why it does not appear.)
