HII region - meaning of (3, 2, 3)?

In the 'Type:' text field displayed on a DSO what does (3, 2, 3) mean after HII region, e.g. for California Nebula NGC 1499?

This is code of morphological classification of the nebula. See morphological description near end of data list in left top corner.
