iOS 15.8.3 on iPhone 6s can´t get Stellarium plus

Hello,

I use iPhone 6s 15.8.3, I can download and install Stellarium for free, but when I try to upgrade for STLL Plus the menu shows "you can´t connect to the iTunes Store'' neither free 30 days trial nor unlimited version. However I can buy or download other apps whitout any  problem. 

Is this because STLL Plus only runs above iOS 16? I ask that because my wife has an iPhone XR iOS 16 and she CAN upgrade for STLL Plus.

I don't believe Stellarium for mobile is supportedhere.
However on my iPhone SE gen 1 have:
Version 1.12.9 2w ago
