Q1: How to set the parameters of "FOV"?

I need to export an image with "Stereographic Projection" and set its FOV parameter to 360°,But the program defaults to Maximum FOV is 235°.

I saw an answer in 2015 by searching in other forums, which mentioned the need to use plug-in Field of View to solve my problem.

but I did not find the corresponding plug-in in the software. How should I call  Field of View   plugin? Is it because of the version problem that this plug-in is not available now?Or is there another way to meet my needs?

Q2:How do I adjust the quality of “ScreenShots”?

When I call out the configuration menu with the shortcut key F4.Set ScreenShots of option CustomSize to "5000px * 5000px",After outputting the picture, I can only get a picture with a pure black background, without any pictures of stars, but the menu and settings interface information can still be output, like this.

But if I set the relevant parameters to "4000px * 4000px", I can successfully output the picture.Strangely enough, by chance, I have successfully output 5000 px images.

I now want to output as clear images as possible, and I find that the default maximum output quality of the software is "16384px * 16384px".This means that the software is allowed to output more high-definition pictures, but I do not have any settings, right? Please help me.

Or is there a way to use the API approach to output images? In my opinion, using the API method can maximize the performance of the computer, I guess because my graphics card performance is not enough, so I did not succeed in outputting pictures? But my graphics card handles other video and audio software very smoothly.

I love this software very much and hope to get help. Thank you.
English isn’t my first language, so please excuse any mistakes.

See Help via F1 (Field of View plugin in the core of program now) and sections 3.2 and D.1.9 in Stellarium User Guide to define the FOV.

It depended on your graphics card. Please share hardware info about your PC/Graphics card.

Thank you, Alexander.
You are an enthusiastic person and I know that the post I quoted was answered by you back in 2015, you really are a great guide.
Regarding the answer about adjusting the FOV parameter, I still haven't figured out how it should work, can you please give me some more detailed instructions?

:)

Stereographic projection cannot show 360°. We limit to 235° for a purpose. You can try other projections.
For the black screenshot, the LOGFILE may provide information, as always. Maybe limit to 4096^2.
