Sun Entering the Capricon zodic sign on 21 December

Hi Team, 

I wanted to find out when did the Sun enter the Capricorn Zodiac sign on 21 December. how should I go about find that out?

Switch off topocentric correction as this question is globally handled for the geocenter. Then observe the ecliptic coordinates of date. By definition, when the Sun reaches 270° ecliptical longitude it enters the sign (ecliptic 12th) of that name.
