Could you please clarify a few things for me

1. Is the data about the celestial bodies updated in real time.

2. Are the Android and iOS versions of Stellarium available as open source?

re 1. Static data are stored in files. Data for some objects (Solar System, satellites, ...) can be updated by the user or even automatically. From these files and implemented ephemeris models, the sky is shown in a real-time graphics simulation.
