HI,
Trying to understand why the Cancer constilation is not in the box with the matching name?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

This is one of the fundamental problems with zodiacal signs. Roughly 2000 years after their definition, precession has moved the starry sky parallel to the ecliptic (centerline of the yellow zone) by about 30 degrees. The signs have remained in place. Now you see the stars usually one sign different. Read any article (Wikipedia or introductory textbook) about "Precession (of the equinoxes)".
