Why in the Mac OS, there is no way to display the comet gas tail (the hair)?
It could be my dumb, I assume that there is a setting to enable or disable of showing the "hair" of a comet.
Lemmon is bright enought these days, its beautiful image has been every where in the internet, but from my Mac OS version of Stellarium, I could only see the star like Lemmon, any setting hidden?
I read the manual, section 19.5.2, but it doesn't help.

Any input, will be a great help to me, thank!

The absolute_magnitude and slope_parameter which we get from MPC are often wrong. For better predictions, see http://www.aerith.net/comet/catalog/2025A6/2025A6.html. From the formula provided,
m1 = 7.0 + 5 log d + 10.0 log r [-85, 0] (2025 Aug. 15 - 2025 Nov. 8)

find a better value for absolute_magnitude =7 and slope_parameter = 10/2.5=4.

Edit the comet section in your ssystem_minor.ini and update these two entries, then the simulation will be better.
Details: See User Guide Appendix D.

However, the tail model is only a rough approximation, your photos will look better...

It works, thank you Georg!
