Job Description:

Business Analysis: Business requirement gathering and functional
specification development; Assist in technical specification
development and application testing; Systems analysis: Design
technical solutions from functional design specifications; Develop and
adapt technical solutions/options into detailed technical design
documents, ensuring all functional requirements are met in the
technical design; Assist in estimating and work-planning; Project
Description: The resulting business scope includes the re-engineering
of the entire Quote to Cash process and related business policies,
material codes, pricing structure, service offer structure, and
financial models.

Candidates Must Have Requirements:
• Primary Apps - Siebel and TWB Other services apps include: Maestro,
FSAC-SS (Field Services Administration Center Support System), Service
Power, Associate Gateway, FSO (Field Services Organization) Reports,
TWB3G (Technicians Work Bench 3rd
• Minimum 3 years of business analysis experience
• Experience in business requirement gathering, functional
specification development and application configuration
• Skilled in designing and testing changes to software applications to
meet both functional and technical requirements
• Experience in Telecom and software industry, and service delivery.
• Siebel service ticketing expertise
• Technical knowledge of BEA Weblogic 10.0
• Good interaction and communication skills independent worker with a
strong drive, must be willing and able to work
