Job Description:

Our client is looking for an ICM Developer. You will be developing CTI
applications in ICM, SQL, Visual Basic, C, C++, Java, CVP micro
application development.

Candidates Must Have Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience in ICM routing development
• Translation routes
• Building queues
• ICM configuration and scripting, testing and validation
• Experience with various types of ACD switches-Aspect, Avaya, and
Rockwell.
• Experience with Cisco internetworking technologies related to VOIP
solutions such as call manager, IPCC, CVP
• Experience with designing and developing CTI application in ICM is a
plus.
