Phase 2 network settings applied!

Hey, Validators!

Thanks for voting to increase network resource limits!  Phase 2 settings have been applied to Mainnet, which create more space for devs to deploy smart contracts.

Moving forward, there will continue to be calls to vote on network settings and protocol upgrades, and we'll continue to coordinate here.  So stay tuned!  Your participation is vital as we continue to improve the network, and to adjust it to meet ecosystem demand.
