Arm validators for August 20 network settings update

Hello validators!

We would like to coordinate a vote to increase the bucket list limit from 12.5GB to 14.5 GB on August 20 at 1700 UTC.

Please arm your node for the upgrade with the following command:

You can review the proposed settings using this command:

Reason: recently, the network briefly hit a bucket list size of 12.6 GB (or 11.8 GiB), which exceeded the target size of 12.5 GB and resulted in a steep write fee increase. That is all by design, but now the bucket list is hovering close to the current limit, and so it makes sense to increase it a bit in order to reduce the frequency of fee spikes.
