Action required: remove 2 Lobstr Nodes from you Stellar validator quorum config

Hello, validators!
I received the following message from the Lobstr ops team:

We plan to retire LOBSTR nodes 3 & 4 (Asia & North America). There are three other nodes we'll continue to support.

If you have Lobstr in your quorum set, please make sure to remove those two validators!
When you do, you'll notice that Lobstr still has 3 validators, which is typical for most organizations running highly available Stellar infrastructure. So it won't affect organizational fault tolerance.
