FYI validators:
We have identified a potential vulnerability in Stellar Core and, as of writing, we are not aware of this being or having been exploited. We are actively working on a fix and will include it in an upcoming Stellar Core release. We recommend that validators and operators plan to upgrade once the patched version is announced; we will provide detailed instructions at that time.
