If you run Stellar infrastructure, please update your quorum configuration!

Satoshipay, a longtime Stellar validator, plans to decommission their validators before the end of July 2026. Based on its published evaluation framework, SDF updated its quorum sets to replace Satoshipay with Obsrvr, a longstanding community-run infrastructure provider and operator of Radar, the network explorer used across the ecosystem to track validators and network health.

We also updated the example quorum set configurations in the Stellar docs to reflect these changes:
https://github.com/stellar/packages/blob/master/docs/examples/pubnet-validator-full/stellar-core.cfg#L40

Whether you run validators, RPC, or Horizon, it's up to you whom to add to your quorum configuration, and we expect you to rely on your own framework to make decisions. But if your quorum configuration currently includes Satoshipay, you may want to remove them to ensure your Stellar infrastructure keeps ticking when their nodes go offline.  The example above may prove useful as you do that! You can also find more about the network and quorum configurations using Obsrvr itself: https://radar.withobsrvr.com/
